In collaboration with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, Verdi’s Requiem calls for a quartet of exceptional soloists, a massive chorus of singers and an orchestra capable of overpowering grandeur.

Due to impact of COVID on our touring ensemble this week, we regretfully have to cancel this tour.

Following the triumphant 2019 Beethoven Festival, NZSO’s celebration of the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth continues with a masterwork from the end of his life – the Missa Solemnis.
